Alex and Nate were once deeply in love, but an accident stole Nate’s memory, and he is now set to marry someone else under his family's arrangement. Determined, Alex fights to restore their past, but fate intervenes—entangled in schemes and growing misunderstandings, the two drift further apart. How will this tragic love story end? When love shot backward, who will take the bullet to the heart?
