ReelShort synopsis
In The Year in His Chains movie, when Anna's husband racks up a massive debt to dangerous mob boss Jeremy, she becomes the price - literally his property for one year. She expects cruelty from the notorious crime lord, but discovers something unexpected: a wounded man hiding behind his cold mask. Her cheating husband wants her to seduce Jeremy for money. His controlling father wants her eliminated. But as Anna finds herself caught between lies and loyalty, she realizes the man who owns her might be the only one who truly sees her. Sometimes the chains that bind you are the only things that can set you free.
