ReelShort synopsis

Malik Carter grew up dirt poor, training on a cracked outdoor court while his single mother worked three jobs to keep him fed—until an NBA scout secretly makes him the number one draft pick. But a month of sealed pre-draft testing leaves him unreachable, and his hometown decides the worst: that he's been arrested for prostitution.
